Can we still accept cash at the gate?

Do you support concessions and merch?

Are printed tickets or screenshots accepted?
That’s host/association policy. Many hosts require in-app or mobile QR only; others allow printed codes or screenshots. We recommend publishing your venue policy on each event to avoid surprises at the gate.
What happens if a game is canceled—do fans get refunds?
Refund workflows are controlled by the host. If an event is canceled in the system, eligible refunds are processed per the host’s policy. (For non-canceled events, most providers treat sales as final.)
Fans can’t find an event—what should they try?
Search by school/program name. For postseason, some associations list events on state pages. In TicketHarmony, fans can also search by organization or location and “follow” your program for alerts.
How do payouts work?
With Stripe Connect, revenue goes directly to your school/booster bank account—fast payouts, clear audit trail, and you keep 100% of face value (buyer pays convenience/processing).
