Partner with us

We show up. We stay. We improve things together.

You have been sold software before. You know how it goes: a great demo, a login, and then a support address that answers in four business days.

That is not this. When you partner with TicketHarmony, you get a team that learns how your organization actually runs, onboards you the right way, and stays in your corner — responsive when you need us, proactive when you do not.

No contracts hold you here. We would rather earn next year than lock in this one.

What a partnership actually means
An extension of your team
We take ownership with you — not “support tickets” that close without anything changing.
Clear communication
Simple next steps, fast answers, no runaround, and no phone tree between you and a fix.
Built for the long haul
We plan for the whole year — then we make next year smoother than this one.
Partnership mindset
If something can be improved, we work on it together and keep moving. Features ship because partners asked.
No contracts
You can leave whenever you want. We build like we know that — because we do.
Real people answering
888-420-7775 reaches the team that can actually fix it, including on a Friday night.
Start small, expand later
One school, one event type, one meal service. Adding more later is not a migration.
Who we partner with

Different job, same problem: too much of it is still manual.

We work with the people whose evenings and weekends absorb the gaps in whatever system they were handed. Here is what changes for each of them.

Athletic directors

Cleaner gates, shorter lines, volunteers who can run the stand without a training session, and a night that does not depend on you personally.

Child nutrition directors

Student-level records that survive a program review, duplicate checking you can document, and summer feeding that does not start from scratch each May.

Bookkeepers & finance

Reconciliation that takes minutes instead of a Monday, exports that post cleanly, and comps documented so nothing needs explaining later.

Fine & performing arts

Reserved seating and seat maps that make a spring musical feel like a real venue, without a separate vendor for two nights a year.

District administration

One platform and one set of numbers across schools, programs, and departments — instead of five vendors and a reconciliation problem.

Boosters & community groups

Fundraisers, pop-up sales, and community events with export-friendly totals the front office and the booster board both trust.

How it works

Four steps, and none of them are “here is your login, good luck.”

Most of this happens before you have paid us anything. That is deliberate — you should know how it runs before you decide.

1

Discovery

Tell us how you run today — what you sell, what you serve, who staffs the gate, where the manual work is. We listen before we propose.

2

Setup, done with you

We configure events, forms, rosters, registers, or meal services alongside your team — not by sending a help article.

3

Launch support

We are around for your first real event — the night that actually matters — and reachable when something unexpected happens.

4

Season over season

We review what worked, fix what did not, and make next year smoother. That is the whole business model.

Start the conversation

Tell us how your organization runs.

Send us a note and a real person reads it — and responds shortly, usually same or next business day.

The first conversation is discovery, not a pitch deck. Come with your actual problems: the gate that backs up, the reconciliation that eats your Monday, the summer program you rebuild every May.

Prefer to just talk? Call 888-420-7775 and you will reach the same team that answers the email.

Fair questions about working with us

What happens after I reach out?

A real person reads your email and responds shortly — usually same or next business day. The first conversation is discovery: we want to understand how you run before recommending anything.

Is there a contract or a setup cost?

No contracts, and no school setup cost for standard athletic ticketing. SchoolMealPass uses annual district licensing published on its own page. You can leave at any time — which is why we build to earn the renewal.

Do we have to switch everything at once?

No. Start with whatever causes the most manual work — one school, one event type, one meal service — and expand. It is all one platform, so adding a workflow later is not a migration.

Can you help us mirror a real event before we commit?

Yes. We will set up a real event or meal service so your team compares the actual workflow and the actual numbers against what you use today — not a demo video.

Who do we actually talk to for support?

Us. No tiered queue between your team and someone who can fix it. 888-420-7775 and [email protected], including around real events when it counts.

Do you work with organizations outside K–12 schools?

Yes — booster clubs, community events, parks and recreation, gyms, and rental venues. The platform is built school-first, and it shows, but it travels well.

Let’s build something long-term

If that is the kind of partnership you are looking for, send us an email or just call. We will take it from there.
