Two rates. No contract. You keep the face value.
Fifty cents on a paid ticket. A quarter on a non-cash POS sale. Both plus Stripe’s processing, and both passed to the buyer as the TicketHarmony Convenience Fee — so your program banks the price you posted.
No setup fees. No platform subscription. No per-register charge. Nothing to sign that keeps you here longer than you want to be.
Everything a school charges for, on two line items.
Stripe’s processing rate is Stripe’s, billed by Stripe — we never mark it up. What we charge is the flat piece below.
SchoolMealPass™ is licensed, not metered.
Meal service is not a per-ticket business. A district serving breakfast, lunch, snack, supper, and summer feeding should not be counting transactions — so child nutrition runs on annual district licensing published separately, priced by scope and season.
All supported meal programs are included, with no per-meal, per-school, or per-program fees. It covers the high-volume days — summer feeding, guest meals, holidays, field days — and the workflow-heavy programs where ticketing was never the point, like automating Breakfast in the Classroom.
Flat beats a percentage every time the gate does well.
Percentage-based buyer fees scale with your success. A flat fee does not. Here is how the advertised numbers line up.

Straight answers, no asterisk hunting
How much does TicketHarmony ticketing cost?
$0.50 per paid transaction — ticket, donation, or sponsorship — plus Stripe processing, typically 2.9% + $0.30 per order. No setup fees, no monthly platform fee, no contract.
Does the organizer keep the full ticket price?
Yes. Fees are combined and passed to the purchaser as the TicketHarmony Convenience Fee at checkout, so your payout equals the full face value. Your posted price is the price you bank.
What does the point of sale cost?
$0.25 per non-cash transaction plus Stripe — reader at 2.7% + $0.05, all other methods at 2.9% + $0.30. Cash sales are free and carry no platform fee.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
None. No setup fee, no subscription, no per-register charge, nothing locking you in. You can leave at any time — which is exactly why we build to earn the renewal.
What does a free event cost?
Nothing. Issue free tickets or passes, scan them with QR check-in, and report on attendance with no per-ticket charge.
How is SchoolMealPass priced?
Annual district licensing published separately, because meal service is licensed by scope and season rather than per transaction. Rates start at $4,000 for Summer, up through Year-Round High-Volume.
How does this compare to GoFan, Eventbrite, or Ticketmaster?
Flat $0.50 plus Stripe instead of percentage-heavy buyer fees. Advertised rates elsewhere run roughly $1 + 5%, or 3.7% + $1.79 per ticket plus 2.9% per order, or up to ~25% on resale marketplaces. Confirm current terms with any provider.
