Credits policy: Mass Communications is sold as a bundled package (Email + SMS/Text + Voice + Push) to keep pricing simple and predictable. Credits may be used across any mix of channels—use what you need, when you need it. If you reach the limit in any one channel, you can add another bundle to continue sending; bundle purchases increase available credits across all included channels at once. Bundled credits do not expire and may be carried forward across renewal terms, so you can buy now and use later. Credits are pre-purchased and non-refundable, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred. You may top up at any time by purchasing additional bundles.
