Only paid tickets qualify for TicketHarmony Giveback. Concession / merch sales through POS, free tickets, and direct donations are not currently eligible for Giveback.
Why we keep pricing simple: For most ticket and POS orders, cards (with instant authorization) are the best blend of speed and cost. ACH can have similar effective costs once instant verification and slower settlement are considered. We prioritize fast entry lines, real-time reporting, and predictable fees.
