Full face value
Schools keep the full face value of paid tickets. Buyers cover the convenience fee.
No contracts
Leave whenever you want. We would rather earn next year than lock in this one.
Real people answering
888-420-7775 reaches the team that can fix it — including Friday night.
Four products, one login

Everything a school charges for, serves, or counts.

Start with whatever hurts most and add the rest when your team is ready. Because it is all one platform, expanding later is not a migration.

Why districts move

The manual work is not in the software. It is in the gaps between five of them.

A gate system that does not talk to concessions. A meal roster living in a spreadsheet. Reports rebuilt by hand every Monday. That is where your team’s evenings go.

One set of numbers
Tickets, concessions, and meal service reconcile against each other instead of by hand.
Audit-ready by default
Student-level records, documented duplicate review, and exports that survive a program review.
Start mid-year
One school, one event type, one meal service. You do not have to wait for next August.
Common questions

Start here if you are just looking around

What does TicketHarmony do for K–12 schools?

General admission and season passes, reserved seating, registrations and QR check-in, concessions and merch POS, family reminders, and student-level meal service through SchoolMealPass™. Each stands on its own — one platform instead of a vendor per job.

Do schools keep the full ticket price?

Yes. Schools keep the full face value and buyers cover the applicable convenience fee at checkout, so your posted price is the price your program banks.

I am looking for tickets to an event. Where do I search?

Use event and organization search. For an existing order — missing tickets, refunds, cancellations, waitlists — contact the school or organization running the event, since they control it.

Does it work if our district is going cashless at the gate?

Yes, and you do not have to go all the way. Run digital tickets, tap to pay, and QR lanes while still taking cash where policy requires it — cash sales carry no platform fee, and both land in the same reconciliation report.

What happens when the stadium wifi drops on Friday night?

Gates keep moving. Staff scan on phones over cellular, multiple devices work the same entrance at once with duplicate protection, and a printed or exported doorlist is always available as a fallback.

Is there a contract or a setup fee?

No contracts. For paid ticketing the buyer covers a small convenience fee at checkout, so there is no setup cost to the school. Other ticketing and platform costs may apply depending on how you use it — SchoolMealPass™ licensing and the rest are on the pricing page, and we are glad to walk through the details.
