TicketHarmony® Giveback

TicketHarmony® Giveback & Referral Program Policy

Effective Date: November 2025

Giveback Program Policy

  • Eligibility: All paid events using TicketHarmony are automatically eligible for the Giveback Program. Complimentary or free tickets are not eligible.
  • How It Works: For every paid ticket sold, TicketHarmony gives $0.25 back to the participating school, program, or group. The other $0.25 (from the $0.50 convenience fee) is retained by TicketHarmony for operations.
  • Distribution: Giveback totals are tracked and credited for each group/program. Giveback payments are accompanied by a detailed report showing all funds by group.
  • Tracking: Every ticket sale is earmarked to the correct school, program, or group. If a school has multiple programs, each receives credit for its own ticket sales.
  • No Extra Work: No forms or requests required—Giveback is tracked and credited automatically by TicketHarmony.
  • Policy Updates: TicketHarmony may adjust Giveback rates, payout schedules, or eligibility requirements. The current policy will always be posted here and apply going forward.
  • Concessions, merchandise, and POS credit-card quick-gate-entry transactions (no tickets issued) are excluded from the TicketHarmony Giveback Program.

Referral Program Policy

  • Who Can Refer: Anyone—individuals or organizations—may submit a referral. By default, referral bonuses are paid to the referrer’s organization (for example: school, district, booster club, PTO, nonprofit, or business) named at the time of referral. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to pay an individual referrer directly on a case-by-case basis (additional documentation such as a W-9 may be required).
  • What Counts as a Referred Organization: An “organization account” may include, but is not limited to, a school, school district, church, venue, attraction, nonprofit, or other entity that uses TicketHarmony for ticketed events. Multiple campuses or locations under one centralized account may be treated as a single organization for referral purposes.
  • Referral Bonus Amount: For each new organization account that signs up with TicketHarmony, completes onboarding, and sells at least 1,000 paid tickets through TicketHarmony within their first twelve (12) months on the platform, the referrer’s designated organization is eligible to receive a one-time $100 referral bonus.
  • Ticket Threshold & Qualifying Sales: Only paid ticket transactions processed through TicketHarmony’s ticketing platform count toward the 1,000-ticket threshold. Complimentary tickets, voided tickets, fully refunded tickets, concessions/merchandise POS transactions (where no tickets are issued), and other non-ticket items are excluded.
  • First-Come, First-Served: If multiple parties refer the same organization, the referral bonus is awarded to the earliest eligible referral on record, as determined by the timestamp of the referral email to [email protected] or other official TicketHarmony referral submission we receive. TicketHarmony’s determination of the first valid referral is final.
  • One Payout per Organization Account: Only one referral bonus is paid per organization account. If an organization later adds additional schools, campuses, or venues under the same account, no additional referral bonuses are paid unless otherwise agreed to by TicketHarmony in writing.
  • Payout Timing: Referral rewards are generally paid within 60 days after the referred organization (a) has completed onboarding, (b) is actively selling tickets, and (c) has met the 1,000 paid-ticket threshold, subject to verification and any additional requirements (such as tax documentation) we may reasonably request.
  • New & Eligible Organizations Only: The referral program applies only to organizations that are not already TicketHarmony customers and are not in an active sales cycle with TicketHarmony at the time we receive the referral. TicketHarmony may, at its discretion, determine whether an organization is considered “new” and eligible.
  • Right to Refuse or Rescind: TicketHarmony reserves the right to deny, withhold, or rescind referral bonuses in cases of fraud, abuse, duplicate or ineligible referrals, conflict of interest, or any other reason, at our sole discretion.
  • No Limits (Per Referrer): There is no set limit on the number of new organizations a referrer may submit. A referrer may earn a separate $100 referral bonus for each distinct organization account that qualifies under this policy.
  • Program Changes: TicketHarmony reserves the right to pause, end, or modify the referral program—including bonus amount, ticket threshold, eligibility rules, or payout timing—at any time, for any reason. The most current version of this policy will be posted on this page and will apply going forward.
