TicketHarmony Giveback — Official Drawing Rules

1) Sponsor

TicketHarmony Giveback is sponsored by TicketHarmony (a platform operated by UnexplainableSolutions, LLC) (“Sponsor”).

2) Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, contractors, and immediate family/household members of Sponsor may be ineligible.

3) No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. Entry requires following TicketHarmony on Facebook (no-cost action).

4) How to Enter (Facebook Followers Only)

Follow TicketHarmony on Facebook. Each monthly drawing is selected from eligible followers at the time of the drawing. Sponsor may use reasonable methods to confirm that the selected winner is an eligible follower and meets the eligibility requirements above.

5) Drawing Periods, Selection, and Odds

Drawings are intended to occur monthly. The exact drawing date/time may vary. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible followers at the time of the drawing.

6) Prize Packages

Prize packages vary month-to-month and are announced by Sponsor. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated by Sponsor.

7) One Award per Calendar Year

No individual may receive more than one (1) Giveback award per calendar year. If a selected winner has already received a Giveback award in the same calendar year, Sponsor may disqualify that selection and choose an alternate winner.

8) K–12 Educational Institution + Program Donation Requirement

As a condition of receiving the Giveback award, the winner must select (a) a K–12 educational institution (public or private) and (b) an associated program (for example: athletics, band, choir, theater, club, PTO, booster organization, classroom program, or other school-recognized initiative).

9) Winner Notification, Verification, and Response Deadlines

Winners may be contacted via Facebook message or other reasonable method. Winners must respond within a reasonable timeframe (typically 72 hours) to confirm eligibility and provide delivery details (including the selected K–12 institution + program for the donation). If a winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, or is determined ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

10) Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes related to prizes they receive. Sponsor may request documentation (including tax forms) where legally required.

11) Publicity

By participating, entrants agree that Sponsor may announce the winner publicly (e.g., name/initials, city/state, and a general description of the selected K–12 institution/program), unless prohibited by law. Sponsor will not publish sensitive personal information.

12) General Conditions; Right to Modify or Cancel

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Giveback program at any time, for any reason, including to address fraud, technical issues, platform changes, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control. The most current version of this policy will be posted on this page and applies going forward.

13) Facebook Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Facebook.

14) Privacy

Information collected through participation is used to administer this program and is handled in accordance with the TicketHarmony Privacy Policy: ticketharmony.com/privacy-policy.
