No Kid Hungry
SchoolMealPass is a modern and innovative meal check-in and counting system for K-12 nutrition programs. You set up your program rules (sites, service windows, BIC, summer feeding, guest meals, etc.) and either import your roster or send families a link to register for tickets, and they'll get their QR pass. On service day, staff scan with any modern device using the web or our native apps to verify the tickets and automatically produce clean, audit-ready counts and exports.
Replace manual tracking and paperwork with a streamlined workflow that keeps meal counts consistent, accurate, and easy to review.

PowerSchool Integration
SchoolMealPass / TicketHarmony offers PowerSchool roster integration to eliminate manual setup for districts of any size. Using the OneRoster standard, we can securely import your schools, grade levels, teachers, students, and student ID numbers so you don’t have to build rosters by hand—and once imported, everything runs inside our platform. Districts can connect either through a OneRoster API sync (preferred) or a scheduled OneRoster/CSV export (such as AutoSend to SFTP), and you can choose one-time setup or optional periodic updates to keep rosters current. PowerSchool access must be enabled and authorized by your district’s PowerSchool administrator.
BIC-focused workflows to eliminate manual tracking
What happened: Haleyville City Schools ran a summer program with 7 high-volume distributions every 10 days—serving 170,260 meals. Families received digital links by email for same-day pickup.
Operational wins: quicker verification at the lane, cleaner visibility into activity, and easier planning for the next distribution as demand surged.

Summer Feeding 2026 Planning Deadline
License due by May 1, 2026
If you plan to use SchoolMealPass for Summer Feeding 2026, your district license must be
paid in full by May 1, 2026. This reserves your launch window and ensures we have the
tools, resources, and infrastructure in place to support your workflows at peak volume.
Program setup + testing: service rules, locations, registration windows, and dry-run verification.
Roster readiness: PowerSchool/CSV imports, validations, and staff alignment before service begins.
Capacity planning: scaled readiness for high-volume days and fast support when it matters most.
Adopt early and talk to us about your exact workflow. If there’s a step your team is doing manually (paper, spreadsheets,
duplicate checks, lane rules, special eligibility, etc.), we can often automate it. When an enhancement adds value to the platform for
other districts too, we’ll frequently build it in at no added development cost—and it’s included in your license.
That’s the “harmony” in TicketHarmony: creating harmony across systems, people, and processes so service is faster,
cleaner, and less stressful for your team.
Annual district license for year-round K-12 child nutrition operations (BIC, guest meals, holidays/events, summer feeding, etc).
No per-meal charges, and no “ticket bucket” purchase required.
For tickets with no cost, there’s no fee.
For paid tickets, our standard pricing applies—but you still pay nothing out of pocket:
the TicketHarmony fee + card processing are bundled into a single TicketHarmony Convenience Fee that’s passed to the purchaser, so your program receives 100% of the ticket face value.
No contracts. No red tape. Enrollment and budgets change year to year, so we review things with you near renewal and keep the partnership aligned—our goal is to operate as an extension of your team long term, not just another vendor.
