A major part of our approach is helping districts lower stress, reduce manual steps, and find practical ways to increase efficiency—not just digitize what already exists.

In recent conversations with new clients, teams described using paper intake forms and Excel tracking logs for parts of their workflow. In cases like that, there may already be a cleaner path built into the platform.

With no programming required, districts can use our existing Forms module to quickly create a web-based form with a shareable link or QR code, view submissions live, and have the data instantly stored in the system for cleaner tracking, faster visibility, and less back-end cleanup.

PowerSchool Integration

PowerSchool integration is available for districts that need roster-based workflows. This is generally best for more advanced use cases like Breakfast in the Classroom, classroom reporting, and student-specific operational processes where schools, teachers, classrooms, and students need to be preloaded into the platform. For simpler registrations, general ticketing, and summer feeding workflows, PowerSchool is not used.

If you plan to use SchoolMealPass for Summer Feeding 2026, your district license must be paid in full by May 1, 2026. This reserves your launch window and ensures we have the tools, resources, and infrastructure in place to support your workflows at peak volume.

  • Program setup + testing: service rules, locations, registration windows, and dry-run verification.
  • Satff readiness: validations, and staff alignment before service begins.
  • Capacity planning: scaled readiness for high-volume days and fast support when it matters most.

Adopt early and talk to us about your exact workflow. If there’s a step your team is doing manually (paper, spreadsheets, duplicate checks, lane rules, special eligibility, etc.), we can often automate it. When an enhancement adds value to the platform for other districts too, we’ll frequently build it in at no added development cost—and it’s included in your license. That’s the “harmony” in TicketHarmony: creating harmony across systems, people, and processes so service is faster, cleaner, and less stressful for your team.

SchoolMealPass District Licensing

SchoolMealPass is licensed as an annual, year-round district license for K-12 child nutrition operations (BIC, guest meals, holidays/events, summer feeding, etc). No per-meal charges, and no “ticket bucket” purchase required. For tickets with no cost, there’s no fee. For paid tickets, our standard pricing applies—but you still pay nothing out of pocket: the TicketHarmony fee + card processing are bundled into a single TicketHarmony Convenience Fee that’s passed to the purchaser, so your program receives 100% of the ticket face value. No contracts. No red tape. Enrollment and budgets change year to year, so we review things with you near renewal and keep the partnership aligned—our goal is to operate as an extension of your team long term, not just another vendor.
