Anyone can refer anyone — and when they join TicketHarmony and start selling tickets, a referral bonus is typically paid to the referrer’s organization.

• How it works: Refer any new organization to TicketHarmony. After they complete onboarding and sell at least 1,000 paid tickets through TicketHarmony within their first 12 months, the organization you designate as the referrer will earn a flat $100 referral bonus.
• Who can refer: Anyone — individuals or organizations — may submit a referral. By default, referral bonuses are paid to the referrer’s organization (e.g., school, district, booster club, PTO, non-profit, or business) named at the time of referral. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to pay an individual referrer directly on a case-by-case basis (additional documentation such as a W-9 may be required).
• First-come, first-served: If multiple parties refer the same organization, we honor the earliest eligible referral on record, determined by the timestamp of the referral email to [email protected] or other TicketHarmony referral submission we receive. Our determination is final.
• One payout per account: Referral rewards are paid once per “organization account.” (Example: multiple schools under one district or multiple venues under a single corporate account count as one referral.) See official policy for details.
• No limits: Refer as many organizations as you like — earn $100 for each eligible account that joins and meets the ticket threshold.
• Ongoing impact: With our industry-first 50/50 Giveback, your community benefits every time a ticket is sold.
