I cannot find my school’s event. What should I search?
Start with the school, district, or organization name rather than the exact event title. If the result set is broad, add a city, venue, team, or event keyword. Organization names stay consistent; event titles vary.
Why does nothing come up for my school?
Only organizations using TicketHarmony appear here, and an event must be published to be searchable. Schools control their own calendar and on-sale timing — reach out to them directly.
Can TicketHarmony refund or transfer my ticket?
No. We are the software the organization uses to sell and scan tickets. Refunds, transfers, and event changes are handled by the organization that created the event.
